The Eye
Production Details
Eight performers and four technicians perform The Eye in a style based on dynamic physical forms, slapstick comedy and highly visual design. There is spoken text, video and film projection.
The Eye is a site specific production and works well on the forecourt of buildings or industrial sites. Creative use of each site significantly impacts on the performance whilst an essential 'kit of parts' is incorporated with every season.
The production uses an 8-tonne truck during the performance (drive-in access necessary during show). The set is fabricated from a shipping container and unfolds and expands in front of the audience. There are also several large props manipulated by the performers.
